Most women are crazy about their fitness, but due to their hectic routine they don’t find any time for a workout even if they try really hard. We won’t go into the details why they can’t find time, instead we are here to give you some tips to help you find some time in order to get back to full fitness.
Plan your day ahead
Before going to sleep, it’s a good idea to plan your full day in advance. Exercise should remain your top most priority, so make time for it, preferably 30-60 minutes in the morning and about same later in the evening.
Become an Early Riser
Morning is the best time to exercise, and if you can wake up early and make it a habit, it could potentially change your life. You don’t have to make any big changes. If you are sleeping late then it is needless to say you can become an early riser. Therefore, you have to force yourself to go to bed early. Don’t watch TV and stay away from your smartphone when you are in your bed, they gadgets won’t let you sleep. So keep them as far as possible. Secondly, place your alarm as far from the bed and don’t return to bed after shutting off the alarm.
Get a Gym Locker
Getting a locker at the gym will save your precious time gathering stuff. With locker you can keep your stuff like workout clothes, towels, boxing gloves, lifting grips, skipping rope etc.
Focus on Larger Muscles Groups
If you don’t have much time, you can just focus on your larger muscle groups. For these larger muscles perform pushups, squats, planks and lunches. Repeat them about 3-4 times without taking a break.
Get a fitness Buddy
If you have a friend or family member who can join you for a daily workout, it will be a plus. It will help you motivate yourself to go the gym on a regular basis.
Follow these tips and you will be able to get to full fitness within a matter of few weeks.
