Lie upside down on the floor with your legs stretched and lift your body up such that only your forearms and toes touch the ground. Breathe normally and hold this position for as long as you can. Now slowly come back down. This is one repetition. Make sure that the pressure remains on your core while you perform this exercise.
Lie straight and stretched on the right side of your body and place your forearm below your shoulder. Now force your body up such that your right arm is fully stretched and your right hand is touching the ground. Hold this position for approximately thirty seconds and then come down. One repetition (for single side) has been completed now. Complete the number of repetitions which you have fixed for regular workout sessions and do the same thing with your left side.
Lie on your back with your body completely straight and stretched. Make sure that both your legs have no space between them and then lift your legs upwards without moving your head, arms and torso. Lift the legs straight up so that they almost make a right angle (90 degree) with the rest of your body. Now bring them down slowly. This is one repetition.
