Everyone wants to look smart and young all their lives. We’re always trying to hang on to youth like a runaway train, bound to escape. That is the curse of eventuality – eventually we get old.
Out of the sexes, one could deduce that women are more concerned about beauty than men. They apply every anti-aging cream under the sun in hopes of retaining beauty that is subject to the slipping of time. You can’t turn back the clock; what you can do though is slow down the process. Slow down eventuality.

People drink green tea to lose weight and because it has anti-oxidants that will keep you away from inflammation, diabetes and heart disease. Basically, it provides protection against skin collagen in sun light and that would reduce the sign of aging.
Watermelon is one of the energizing fruit of summers. The anti-oxidant in watermelon keeps our skin hydrated. Its phytochemical is equal to SPF3 which we use in our sun screen products to avoid damage to our skin.
Vegetables are considered a low fat food. It has less calories than other foods. There are vegetables that reduce heart diseases and cancer such as sweet potatoes, carrots and pumpkin. Another healthy category of vegetables is rich in vitamin C that has strong anti-oxidants such as green leaves, bell peppers, tomatoes and broccoli.
The pomegranates is one of the juicy fruits of the winter. The red seeds of pomegranates look attractive to the eyes. It is high in anti-oxidants more than green tea even. It is effective for high blood pressure and patients of colon cancer can also benefit from it.
Unfortunately, there is no time-reversing machine else, old-age people would go back to their younger times and stop those moments for eternal. Don’t get disappointed or lose hope because the above mentioned foods can keep you young.
